Meagan Urbanek joined the firm in 2008 when it was just her and Gary Medlin. Since then, she’s helped build it from the ground up—moving from Legal Assistant to Office Manager to Chief Operations Officer.
She’s been here through it all and has had a hand in shaping every part of the operation.

Outside the office, Meagan is always moving. She snowboards, runs 5Ks, bikes mountains, and does Spartan races just for fun. She also hits over 10 concerts a year and loves to travel—split between sunny beaches and snowy peaks—with her husband and son, Rex.
